Mechanical
Mechanical drawings include the layout of all ductwork and sizes, registers, and returns in the plan view. Our designs specify HVAC locations and specs, schedules for equipment such as exhaust fans, registers and grilles, as well as ventilation calculations, mechanical load summary and more to ensure an effective system for each project.
Electrical
Electrical drawings and diagrams indicate the locations of all lighting and switches, including required emergency egress lighting, as well as receptacle and power panel locations are shown on a separate drawing. We provide fixture schedule detailing, riser diagrams, detailed panel schedules and more to ensure every project is efficient and up to code.
Plumbing
Plumbing drawings and riser diagrams aid in understanding the plumbing system as a whole - showing the location of all drain lines, water supply lines, valves, and various other items as required. We ensure an accurate system with tailored designs and fixture schedules that meet the unique requirements to each job.
Fire Alarm
Fire Alarm drawings detail horn strobe locations and specify devices for appropriate coverage of the space. Our designs and drawings anticipate fire marshal and contractor requirements, and include specific notes along with the smoke detectors, heat detectors, pullstations, and any other items required for a complete system.

Delivery of
Final Set of Drawings
Our drawings show items necessary for a complete installation for each trade. The final set of drawings, once completed and sealed, is then added to the architectural set, along with any applicable structural, interior design, and site drawings.
